Bug description: As combat spec a rogue can gather herbs, cap flags on battlegound without break the stealth.
Proof: Easy to test it...try to gather herbs in combat spec...after in assasination...same think on battlegrounds with flags.

Moved to class related.
Please provide proof if it's that easy to test.

If you're specd in Shadow Focus it will break.
If you're specd in Subterfuge it will not break.
If you're specd in Nightstalker it will break.

Subterfuge allows you to use stealth abilities even after stealth breaks, so I guess that's why it doesn't break.
Need proof it should break.

From what I remember Subterfuge would break when capping flags in BGs. I'll test it out later and post here a video.

U mean stealth would break?...and Subterfuge is something like...if u have a dot on you, you can re-stealth without breaking stealth for 3 sec...

Yes, I was referring to Stealth breaking if the rogue interacts with the flag while in a BG - which is what should happen.

Rumsey rum black label immediately canceled stealth.
Guardian and battle elixirs both immediately end stealth.
Other potions like "elixer of water breathing," which are neither healing potions nor guardian/battle elixirs, do not break stealth at all.
Fishing and crafting items do give subterfuge's 3 seconds of stealth.
Looting corpses and gathering herbs end stealth immediately

Confirmed.

Stealth should break regardless of talent used when gathering herbs or mining veins.

Capping flags already removes stealth / subterfuge.

Fixed to be removed by herb gathering / mining
