https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=319713 (wowhead link) should have a 9 second delay after https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=319713 (wowhead link) cast, right now because of this issue https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=319657 (wowhead link) stacks dont drop when the rush hits and he does way more damage than intended.
