Bug description: You can have the normal regeneration Water shield using the glyph,you just need to use Water shield then glyph it.
Proof: With glyphed Water Shield >> http://puu.sh/mlai5/18bad0be6e.jpg
With normal Water shield previously casted then glyph it >> http://puu.sh/mlapF/e765bca9c0.jpg

You can see the changes on mana regen on my character Spell tab.
