Bug description: You cannot cast it while casting another spell.
Proof: No need for proof as the tooltip already states that it can be casted while already casting another spell

Should be off GCD and you can gain the buff while casting other spells.
Gaining the buff should apply it's benefits to the already casting spell too. Assuming that you cast a spell with 3s cast time and you use Spiritwalker's Grace when you still have 2s of the cast you can finish the cast while moving.
