Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Earthbind totem slows enemies within the range only for 5 seconds instead of 45 seconds it should. And only those enemies who get rooted will get 5 sec slow effect, other enemies, who are not in range at the time of putting totem down, will not get slow effect at all, while they get in range during 5 seconds.
