[FIXED] [Shaman][Elemental] Earthquake debuff doesnt appear

WoW Freakz spell link: [Shaman][Elemental] Earthquake

Bug description: Spell Earthquake, doesnt appear as debuff when enemies stand in the area, the debuff appears ONLY to show the knock down effect.

test 1 - No addons : didnt appear

test 2 - with addon : Tidy Plates - didnt appear

test 3 - with addon : Kui Name Plates - didnt appear

also asked a few ppl, on duels if they see the debuff of Earthquake when they were standing in the zone of the spell, sadly no one was seeing it (exept if they got knocked down).

My install of WoW was Clean - Downloaded Full Client torrent from site of WoW Freakz.

I don't think it's supposed to show it. It's not a debuff, it's an aoe spell. None of the aoe spells show up as debuffs.

yes it should show up, i remember it very clearly from retail, also i just checked it be 100% sure and here is a screenshot from official at 7.2.5 and also the link for the video

Well in that case, I'll just add that I tested 'Death and Decay' and 'Rain of fire' and they don't show up as debuffs on mobs either, so I'm pretty sure this issue applies to all aoe spells of that sort.

Confirmed, the debuff for earthquake is not showing, currently it only shows when knockdown effect occurs but not constantly while earthquake is active as shown in the video.
