Bug description: The shield procs twice per second when attacked from dual wield classes.

I'm not 100% sure that this shouldn't happen or if it's ok so please, some do some reseach about this. I have no time atm.

It's probably related to Improved Lightning Shield

It only happens when the attacker is an enha sham. Tested with rogue/dk/warr and none of them procced the shield twice per second.
Only enha sham procs it twice per second from melee attacks.

Fixed. Fixing recent crash should got this fixed as well. Please retest and if happens again PM me.
