Bug description: This should give the AoE spells Fire Nova , Thunder Bite , Snowstorm to the ferals for 8 seconds when you cast Crash Lightning.

At the moment there is a problem when these 8 seconds pass the debuff doesn't refresh properly or at all.
These AoE spells have an interval of 2 seconds so basically you should be able to deal maximum 7 ticks ( 15 sec wolves duration with a 2 seconds interval) confirmed by warcraftlogs ( 2 feral spirits cast both times 1 fire 1 frost, Snowstorm, Fire Nova each time 7 hits, 14 in total).

At the moment casting Crash Lightning on cooldown you will never get 7 ticks sometimes you get 4 or 5 or 6 ticks.

Update: Might be missing just the initial tick to get it from 6 to 7.

The issue is that when you refresh the aura, the internal periodic timer gets refreshed as well, causing you to lose ticks. Fixed
