[FIXED] [Shaman][Enhancement]Stormstrike vs stormstrike off hand

Bug description: Not every stormstrike has an offhand damage.(Ex: for 100 stormstrike used,you have 100 stormstrike hit and 80 stormstrike off hand hit,around 20-25% of stormstrikes don`t hit with both weapons.
I checked worldoflogs and for every enha sham i noticed they have the same amount of stormstrikes with both weapons(on NH bosses)
I am not 100% sure so don`t blame me,but this seems like a bug.
Proof: I will add some proofs tomorrow

Hm.. I would like to do some tests myself and see if the same thing happens to me, but would like to understand this a little better before doing so. What you're saying is that the proper way of this working is, you'd have the same NUMBER of ss attacks on both main hand and off hand, but the off hand values would be lower damage on recount. Is that correct ?

After receiving confirmation on this, I'll run a test myself and post proof.

Hit numbers should be equal.Exemple :if i use stormstrike 30 times i should have 30 hits with main hand am 30 hits with off hand.Atm the number of off hand hits is lower then the number of hits with main hand(like 30 main hand an 23 off hand)
You don't have to confirm that,it's obvious a bug.Just need to be moved in confirmed section and wait to be fixed.

Confirmed.

Stormflurry should proc only from main-hand and deal an aditional SS main&off-hand for 40% of the damage. I believe thats the reason.

Also guys, dont check it on dummy becausesome of your melee attacks will parry and miss and you can't reliably tell.
