[Windfury Totem](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=209385) aura effecting off-hand melee swings and all off-hand abilities.

The only time it should proc is during [Stormstike Off-Hand](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=32176&name=stormstrike-off-hand) or [Windstrike Off-Hand](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=115360&name=windstrike-off-hand)
