Bug description: as the tooltip says "When you use Stormstrike you also cast a Chain Lightning on the target". so each time u use SS it should proc Chain Lightning
but in freakz if the dammage is absorbed by any shield if Storm strike dont deal any dammage there's no procs
Proof: can be easy tested in game
