Bug description: Defender of the Weak is not proc-ing from Riptide.

min 2.14 - 2.17, right where he gets stun from the warrior, the shamy applied Riptide before on his priest when he was above 50%, and in the stormbolt as you can see Defender of the Weak it's proc-ing from Riptide.
