Bug description: Defender of the Weak should stay up and refreshed untill the target you heal past 50% ( higher then 50%).

min 2.24 - 2.31 the buff gets refreshed and it stays up at 4 sec for the time being. also you can watch the entire video and you will see the same results.

Here on freakz, when you cast a heal on someone who is under 50% you get the buff but you need to wait untill your buff expire. What i'm trying to say the buff its never refreshed if the target you heal is under 50% and stays under 50% for a period of time.

P.S: it doesn t matter the patch, its applied to every single one of them from legion.
