Bug description: Doesn't stack Ascentral Vigor

In addition, heals you cast increase allies' maximum health by 10% of the amount healed, up to a maximum of 10% of their health.
Proof: Casted only from riptide

Returning with an edit, something still doesn't work at it --> the healing done by your Water Totems by an additional 50%.

Confirm, buff-ul se reseteaza in loc sa se stackeze.

Legat de Totems:
Functioneaza corect pentru Healing Tide Totem. Numai pentru Healing Stream Totem nu creste healing-ul.
