Confirmed,it should increase the effectiveness of the next single target healing spell by 50%(not just the tick and shouldn't affect aoe spells).

I need some info about this so I know what kind of fix to do: what happens in case of DoTs ? For example Riptide ... Does it increase the full duration of the DoT? Just the initial heal? Only while the aura is active?

Only Riptide's initial heal is affected by UF. HoT effect provided by Riptide is not.
Healing Rain is not affected by the talent either.

Atm UF is affected by any tick of healing.
It should only affect the initial Riptide heal and should not be consumed by any tick of healing dealt by healing rain, riptide tick, unleash elements initial heal.
So short explication : use Unleash Elements -> Unleashed Fury procs -> Next CASTED SINGLE TARGET heal is affected by the increase.

After running some tests in Mogu'shan Palace, I can confirm that the buff on the target works for both the initial heal and the HoT of Riptide. My Riptide was ticking for 6.1k before on an unshielded target, after I cast it with the buff on, it started ticking for just a bit over 11k. So, do not worry about wasting your Unleashed Fury on Riptide.

Unleashed Fury is multiplicative with Unleash Life, giving 130% x 150% = 195% - that is, almost doubling the normal healing amount. This applies to Healing Wave, Healing Surge, and Riptide (both initial and heal-over-time effect).

In the case of Chain Heal, the 30% direct-heal boost from Unleash Life applies, and is multiplicative with the 25% boost if Riptide is on the initial target, giving a 62.5% healing boost to all targets (not just the first one). However, Chain Heal will not trigger the 50% boost from Unleashed Fury, which only applies to single-target healing.

UL buffs the folowing spells (you get a buff that improves next spell) :
- HW
- GHW
- HS
- HR
- RT (direct heal)
- RT (HoT)

UF buffs the folowing spells (your target gets a buff that improves the next spell it receives from you).
- HW
- GHW
- HS
- RT

UL and UF are cumulatives and multiplicatives when you cast UF and then HW, GHW or HS on a single target.

Those are tested results.

edit :
Multiplicative means : 1,5 x 1,3 = 1,95 factor.

Fixed issue with buff being consumed by HoTs / other strange situations. Hopefully this time is ok. If still not ok please tell me EXACTLY what consumes it
