Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Charge'urile nu se consuma in momentul in care atac, oferindu'mi speedul acela pe toata durata buffului.

* Windfury Weapon: Hurls a spectral version of your weapon at a target, dealing 125% weapon damage and increasing the Shaman's melee haste for the next five swings.

* Flametongue Weapon: Deals instant Fire damage and buffs the Shaman's next Fire attack by 20%.

* Earthliving Weapon: Heals the target and buffs the Shaman's next direct heal by 20%.

* Frostbrand Weapon: Deals instant Frost damage to a target enemy and reduces their movement speed by 50% for 5 sec. Increased in effectiveness if the target is already afflicted by a movement-slowing Frost effect.

* Rockbiter Weapon: Forces the target enemy to attack the Shaman for 5 sec.


Elemental Weapons(talent) adds to each individual enchant as following:

-The Haste buff from Unleash Wind is increased from 40% attack speed to 60% attack speed. NO additional charges. (tested)
-The Fire buff from Unleash Flame is increased from 20% additional damage to 30% additional damage. (tested)
-The Healing increase buff from Unleash Life is increased from 20% additional healing to 30% additional healing. (tested)

-The Slow duration from Unleash Frost is not affected by this talent.
-The Taunt duration from Unleash Earth is also NOT affected by this talent.

Totally bullshit. Singura problema la Unleash Elements este cea cu stacks de la windfury.
