Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Sin and Punishment ar trebui sa aiba DR cu el insusi si nu are. A fost scos DR-ul in 4.2.

pe langa ca nu merge DELOC cum trebuie spellul , acum il mai si nerfuim? prima sa il repare frate!

Confirm.
The dispel effect still DRs with itself, and thus becomes worthless after 3 dispels. Dispellers will still spam dispel our DoTs, because there is no worry of falling behind any more than 5 total seconds of horror.

Asta inseamna ca inainte de 4.2 avea Diminishing Returns - lucru confirmat de diferite posturi pe Forumul oficial WoW :

Also, poate verifica cineva - Sin and Punishment ar trebui sa aiba DR cu Psychic Horror si Death Coil. Nu stiu daca pe freakz are.

Ne intrebi pe noi daca se mai repara? Eu am pus link in threadul asta si la problema initiala a Sin and Punishment - cand o sa repare Shockeru e alta poveste.

Confirm, vampiric touch are un dispel protection foarte puternic fara DR la acel horror.
