Currently, on Heroic difficulty and above, https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=350826 (wowhead link) explodes 8 seconds after it was "Dispelled" from a player. It should start exploding after another https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=350819 (wowhead link) are applied to players.

(Debuffs are applied, and expire, leaving behind small black orbs behind, showing where next time Call of Eternity is applied, there will be Echo of Eternity Explosion.
