Currently you can get Twist Fate while having Runic Affinity and that shouldn’t happen.

PTR proof: [Warcraft Logs - Combat Analysis for Warcraft](https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/Mft6n8rKkgCVBQGq/#fight=7&type=auras&spells=debuffs&source=4&view=events "‌") he gets the Runic Affinity at 02:24.848 and the Twist Fate at 02:38.376
