https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=348071 (wowhead link) currently refreshes the debuff of https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=348978 (wowhead link) every time the tank collects a soul. It shouldnt refresh each time a soul is collected, it should stay the same duration.
