---> On Mythic difficulty https://www.wowhead.com/npc=175729/remnant-of-nerzhul and his https://www.wowhead.com/npc=177268/helm-of-suffering#abilities;mode:m both cast their https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=349891 (wowhead link) ability onto the tank targeted by https://www.wowhead.com/npc=175729/remnant-of-nerzhul 1shoting the tank.
