I have no idea if this issue is tied to Reseting ID, or just simply walking out of the raid for few hours, but it seems that after a while of being outside of the raid (After killing Terragrue), the NPCs that are suppose to offer the skip to KT, and other bosses, are absent. They should be there always (As long as Terragrue is killed) and well as the portal that lets players skip if they have activated it.
