Description of the bug
----------------
- The ramp interval of 3 seconds between each stack is not implemented.
- The analysis is currently constantly repeating on the target. You should only be able to start a new analysis when the previous one is finished

How it should be
----------------
* Cannot start a new analysis of each type until the previous one has finished.
* Your stacks should increase by an additionnal 1% every 3 sec (triggered by damaging or healing a target)
