here is the problem.

-can get http://www.wowhead.com/item=35837
-when i use http://www.wowhead.com/item=35837 on the end and near bridge nothing happens
-cant recive http://www.wowhead.com/item=35819 not while using http://www.wowhead.com/item=35837 nether can loot it from anywhere

This q is also beggining part of much of the upcoming chains so i cant get quest done achi in grizzly hills
