Description of the bug

Extra action button to throw https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=346947 (wowhead link) doesn't appear if you use Immunity like https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=642 (wowhead link)

How to reproduce
----------------
Pick up the https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=346947 (wowhead link) and use https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=642 (wowhead link)

How it should be
----------------
The Extra action for https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=346947 (wowhead link) shouldn't disappear when you Immunity like https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=642 (wowhead link)

**P.S. Sometimes it bugs the unstable goods when the extra action button disappears. Like when the button appears again, you are not able to throw it.**
