Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Aceste taunturi in mod normal nu ar trebui sa mai dea miss din 4.0.1 incoace, dar la noi inca dau miss, si este destul de greu de coordonat un miss in fighturi gen Chimaeron, unde acel iti da wipe

Dovada / Proof: Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Removed miss chance of this effect.

Ieri pe ts la chiameroon heroic, auzeam numa tipete gen: TAUNT BA!!!! NU POT CA AM DAT MISS!
