[FIXED] [The Underrot] Unbound Abomination (Volcanic Affix)

At the moment at last encounter "Unbound Abomination" the [Rotting Spores](https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=137458&name=rotting-spore) that are part of the fight are causing Volcanic Affix spawns which make the fight almost undoable. This might affect other fights and different dungeons as this should never be the case, this was working correctly until recent update.

P.S.: On my recording we only have 2-3 friendly targets alive to cause targeting by Volcanic and about 4 times more spawn than on retail with 5 targets alive, I did not see more than 4 volcanics up at the same time on Retail videos.
