[FIXED] Tiny mobs doing insane damage

Bug description: Tiny mobs do insane damage, 5k each (just like normal mob would), but nearly all tiny mobs are in huge packs. I've met this bug on other small mobs too.

Yeah,all tiny mobs have huge damage, like 7k/mob and,like you said,they're in packs that can kill you with ease.

Reduced damage by 1/2 for those reported. Will be live at server restart.
