Commanding Pressence that is on Ancient Captain is applied twice, he should have only one.

if a death knight controls this add the player's should be able to get his buff. currently the enemies are getting the buff even though he is mind controlled [ptr proof](https://imgur.com/a/8B5j8Tl) [retail proof](https://imgur.com/a/tpbV7t0)
