[Luminous Jellyweed](https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=169312&name=luminous-jellyweed) has following issue:

1. [Proc Buff](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=303698) doesn't consider Heal Overtime Effects. Therefore, buff will never be utilised due to the fact that 10% never gets deducted from HoTs as Luminous Jelly weed heal.
