Character name: Manko
Bug description: Item doesn't stack up fast enough. As the item text says, it should have 15 stacks after running 10 seconds, right now it reaches 15 stacks at around 13-14 seconds of run time (3-5 seconds left) and at 8 seconds left it only stacks up 6 times (supposed to be 15 after working for 10 seconds), greatly reducing the amount of time it should be working at maximum speed.
