[FIXED] [Uldum] Missing assault wq/world boss + raid entrance

There is a problem with Uldum assault WQ and world boss.

According to guide:
"N'Zoth will be assaulting one of these zones throughout the whole week, causing it to have the Ny'alotha raid entrance, while the other zone rotates between different types of non-N'Zoth assaults and contains a World Boss."

This works correctly in Vale of Eternal Blossom, Assault WQ is visible there and the World boss was active last week (before Wednesday). However in Uldum there are no WQ. Currently there should be Assault: Amathet Advance ([link](https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=55350&name=assault-amathet-advance)) possible to complete in Uldum, as there is an Amathet Assault active, however this is not a case.

Two other assaults quests are:
Assault: The Black Empire ([link](https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=57157&name=assault-the-black-empire))
Assault: Aqir Unearthed ([link](https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=56308&name=assault-aqir-unearthed))

Vuk'laz the Earthbreaker ([link](https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=55466&name=vuk-laz-the-earthbreaker)) is also missing from Uldum, it should be available now, as Vale of Eternal Blossom have Black Empire active.



Looks like there is also no raid entrance, when Black Empire assault is in Uldum.
