Bug description: The spell doesn't proc , i can hear the sound of it going off but there's nothing in combat log or recount/skada.

What is odd is that i made the trial character to test and it was showing that it did proc on the recount ,BUT after a relog not anymore.

Completely true, fixed the spell, but made a typo when registering the script in the database, my apologies. I corrected the typo, but it will only work after the next restart
