[FIXED] [Upper Karazhan] Viz'aduum the Watchers Fel Beam: Hitbox issues.

Description: The ability hitbox is way to big. When it spawns on top of you or close to you, you have no way to avoid the damage. You should only getting damage when you are directly inside the fel beam / laser animation. On freakz you are getting damage from the fel beam even if you are 5 yards away from the animation.
Just look at the retail video, the beam is spawning close to the tank, and he is kiting it on the outer edge without taking damage from the beam. On freakz this is not possible.
