When theres an assault active in a zone, a quest should pop up after you enter the zone that currently has an Assault active.

In this case the Vol'dun quest is [Isolated Victory](https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=53885&name=isolated-victory), does not activate when you fly to/enter Vol'dun.
