Bug description: as tooltip says (and after hotfix) it's damage modifier should be 50% but still is 100%

no need for screenshot as u see the tooltip from server says 100% but ingame tooltip says 75 % and even if you test your self you find that its 100%

when link from database says 100 % and in game tooltip says 75% there is no need for proof
