[FIXED] [Warlock][Affliction] Multiple UA's vs. Silence

Bug description: When healers Dispell UA they get silanced but the UA dispell did low dmg, the amount of UA Dispell dmg on Freakz is too low vs the Blizz dmg (on Blizz when som1 dispell 5xUA = suicide on freakz = -20 %) it's so bad when you stack 5 UA with all your Dots and healer dispelled it every time and eat very low damage u just have to alt+f4 from arena .......
and when you stack like 3x UA and healer dispell it he get silanced for just 1 sec it should be 4 sec even 2/3 or 5 stack

Proof: you can test it on freakz it's easy to notice this isue

Hello, i think this works ok, got 861 ilvl on this warlock and did 800k dmg because he disspled also i think videos from retail, they might have more ilvl than you, so you can expect that on ilvl 850+ to insta shot players from arena

I agree dispell dmg it's too low and also seems this hotfix doesn't work.

Affliction: The damage caused by dispelling Unstable Affliction has been increased by 100%
Destruction: Chaos Bolt damage bonus against players increased to 35% (was previously increased by 20%)
Developers’ Notes: Patch 7.1 changed the design of Unstable Affliction, and our initial tuning on the dispel damage was simply too low. For Destruction, we want spending Soul Shards on Chaos Bolt to feel rewarding when weighed against the alternatives.

https://us.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/20753196499 As you can see here many warlocks are complaining about it, 800k is decent damage, it was never intended to be a oneshot execute for dispel, just to make people think twice before dispelling, also about the silence, since it's not an intrerupt, is affected by dr.

I maintain my previous post + the silence get's bugged sometimes and it doesnt silence the target.(dont give me the DR bs again i know how DR works).

i think besides the silence of the dispel,its possible that dr affects the dmg of the dispell too,like when ua gets dispelled several times not only it Dr's the silence,but also the dmg

ilvl wont affect that much in arena every 10 ilvl u gain only 1% stats so its not about ilvl
PS: 860k from 5 UA with Soul reap/ Soul Harvest isnt that much because its 30% dammage bonus so the dammage is still low

The video proof the author of this post showed, was a broken version of affliction in early legion, which was later fixed. The damage dealt by Unstable Affliction when dispelled is Okay. However, the second part of this topic remains legitimate. When dispelling several stacks of Unstable Affliction on the friendly player, each dispelled UA adds an individual silence on the dispeller, which trigger DR. When you dispel 3 dots of UA you will get the damage from each, but you will not be silenced due to the DR which is exhausted.

TL;DR

Regardless of how many Unstable Affliction dot's there are on the target, the silence the dispeller receives should be collective, not individual for each dot.

I will not yet close this topic, as there are a few more things I would like to check. However, further contribution and opinions are welcome.

At 11:38 you can see 4 active UA dots on the target. The enemy healer dispels them and receives quite a low amount of damage. This is intended, sorry, sue Blizzard. Go throughout this same video for more examples of healers dispelling the dot, it's the same.

Ticking damage for UA is correct.

The only bug we do have in this topic is that the silence from the dispels should not reapply for each active UA on the target, thus inducing the DR and causing the silence to not even activate. No matter how many UA's are active on the target, the dispel should only procc ONE silence for all of them dispelled collectively.

I will rename the topic and mark it as confirmed.

Not exactly, the silence from UA should not even be on DR. Same as dispelling Vampiric Touch.
