Soul shard generation was fixed, however I've discovered another problem.

Soul shards should ONLY be generated from the most recent application of Corruption.

For example, I will use Corruption on Target 1, and then on Target 2. Soul shards should only be generated from the Corruption ticks on Target 2, because it is the most recent. If Corruption on Target 2 gets removed / dispelled, then Soul shards will be generated from Target 1.

Currently, Soul Shards are being generated from all targets afflicted with Corruption.
