Bug description: Corruption tick from malefic grasp doesn't proc nightfall.

For every tick that doesn't proc nightfall the proc chance for the next tick goes up. How I've been playing it is cast haunt and let it fall but I don't wait for a nightfall proc. shocker,I couldn't test this perfectly,but I only got 5 or 6 soul shards from ~100 corruption+malefic grasp corruption ticks.
This is probably the bug that makes affliction so weak on single target compared to destruction
