[FIXED] [Warlock][All Specs] Imp shouldn't cast Firebolt below 100 energy

Bug description: It uses melee attacks, it shouldn't. Fel Imp Energy bar should stop at 100 minimum to avoid the scenario where it spams fel bolt and uses the melee, once he is at 100 he should stop casting anything until he can cast another fel bolt without droping below 100.

I think in order to avoid the scenario where you can macro fel bolt, put it on 1 damage.

The imp should start casting when he has around 120-130 energy, so when he finishes casting he has 140 energy. That should always leave him with ~100 energy remaining
