[FIXED] [Warlock][Demonology] Demonic Empowerment and Wild Imps HP

Bug description: the DE says it increase the HP of the wild imps 56%(for my gear) but it just adds 100k hp(349k to 449k). I try it on another warlock and both same result. he had less gear and less mastery but the imps get 100k hp(270k to 370k).

i doesnt have anything to do with your gear, it's 20% HP from they'r hp, haste is ok
but they also get a damage increase which isn't working
