WoW Freakz spell link: Demonwrath
Bug description: Demonwrath soulshard generation seems way lower than it should be. I cannot say for certan if its affected by the amouts of targets hit by Demonwrath or the amonts of demons, I would however guess the amounts of demons close to the target. (Ps. Excuse my spelling of the word amonts/amounts/amouts. . . I am having an absolute brain-fart when it comes to that word right now)

Yes, the shard generation should be 15% per hit, not per tick.
