Dovada / Proof:

NO SPEC/ NO MASTERY AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE SCREENSHOT

See tooltip it says " 932 damage and 1830 over 6 sec (2 sec each tick). It has 3 Ticks. 1830/3=610. On the screenshot you can see that the initial damage is fine, and the dot damage is 315. 3 dots of 315 = 945 damage which is half of the one tooltip says. You can see DrDamage addon also for the dots damage. It matches the Blizzard tooltip.

se intampla ceva la coeficientul de SP probabil ca si la alte vraji de warlock Ex https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=91713 (wowhead link)

un fix ar fi foarte foarte apreciat chiar.
