Bug description: Bonus rage used by https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=5308 (wowhead link) with Battle cry and https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=227266 (wowhead link) buff reduces cooldown of Battle cry.
It shouldn't reduce since you do not spend any rage.
