Bug description: Ayala's Stone Heart now procs 40% less often for Arms Warriors as to 7.2.5.

I have made a similar post about this long time ago but i think a post for each specific legendary for the class bug confirmed spells/talents is more adequate.

I have started investigating this and will come up with an answer later on.

What you're saying is certainly correct. It should be reduced by 40% for Arms Warriors: Imgur Link (Simcraft)
I just need to compare this with our Database information.
