[FIXED] [Warrior][Arms] Warbreaker and Precise Strikes trait

Bug description: Hi, for such a long time, I was wondering if warbreaker combined with Precise Strikes even works. So I did a quick test. I'm running 5lvl of Precise Strike trait (40% more crit chance on Mortal and Execute)
And results are: None of my 10 warbreaker uses which gave Colossus Smash debuff on target, didn't crit Mortal Strike, but when I used Colossus Smash ability, my all Mortal Strikes was a critical strike.
Proof: It's hard to record it by screenshots, but I did what i can.
