The first rampage hit does not benefit from enrage at all if you are not enraged already.Kind of because after the first hit the Enrage triggers but it should be the other way around.Enrage triggers first and then the first hit goes off it just happens really fast at small intervals.The difference between the first hits is obvious in the S-shots.
