Bug description: It forces pvp on upon casting it near opposing faction players with pvp on.
Proof: Sorry can't bring proof because of shitty computer for capturing stuff. Thanks for fixing chain spells earlier!

Does this still happens?

There were some fixes recently regarding this and should be fine now.

Posting a new BUG REPORT has to follow the template you get when opening a new topic or it can be instantly rejected.

I thought it was fixed but no.
