Bug description: When I cast Intercept at an enemy, the slow doesn't work. As you can see in this screenshot, I have the Warbringer talent, which adds a stun to my Intercept, and that stun icon is next to the Thunder Clap icon, but there's nothing that shows that the target is slowed by the Intercept.
