[FIXED] [Warrior][Protection] Last stand in PVP and PVE

Bug description: Last stand recovers 100% of the health at any moment, doesn't matter if its casted at 5% or 50%, ingame tooltip says its 70%, also health gained isn't lost after last stand buff is gone. Couldn't find wowhead spell link for legion expansion, it only shows wow classic one.
